Make sure it has airprint otherwise it is almost impossible to print from an ipad.

Do you want colour or black & white? I've got a cheap but very fast wireless Brother Laser printer that I can print to from my iPad.

no, it's a £100 device that you add to your wi-fi router to extend it
you can plug printers, speakers and hard drives to it so that all your computers/phones/ipads can connect to it
