you would have to shift some Prosecco to cover that....better off with some kind of mobile van..Good god - half a million a year in rates and rent before any other bills? For 1500 sq ft!

it was designed on a greco-roman theme...so yeah it looks a bit dated. (never been)Most town centre retail and shopping centres such as the TC will need to repurpose. A mix of retail, leisure and F&B. They need to give people a reason to go there other than just retail.
Have to agree that it looks a bit dated now. Don't go there that often but when I do it's with a purpose - in and out for exactly what I want from where I want.
