This is what I said a few weeks back. I think the lower floor will be shops but a change of demographic to focusing on middle to higher end places. The top floor will become entertainment, bars and restaurants. Not in its current state. I think I've been twice in the last decade and both were for specific reasons with other people where it was an in and out job. They've already been transitioning towards this for a while now but they'll be forced into turning it from a shopping centre into an entertainment centre. You might get a handful of shops that synergies with that dynamic but the majority of the space will be experiences, entertainment and eating out. People go out to city centres and places like this do things now not buy things.
Thought this was quite a good idea. The Trafford Centre has already got a big entertainment area so could definitely see that expanding to replace the departing shops.
