Does anybody else look after friends or neighbours pets when they go away on holiday?

My wife has 25 Guinea Pigs a Tortoise and we also have 3 dogs.
You could be very useful

My big Sevco pals wife has a guinea pig and I’m the only one it doesn’t bite. So yes, I would be in my element.

This week and next we are looking after friends Springer spaniel
The dog loves it so much here that when her owners come to collect her she runs upstairs and hides and when she's eventually coaxed home she sulks for a couple of days

Worked at a woman's house once building an extension.
She asked if we would look after her Guinea pig.
Fucking thing died after about 2 days we drove around with the dead pig for ages to find one the same.
I bumped into her a while ago.
She said the Guinea pig must be the oldest in the world as it's still alive

We look after our neighbours cat when they are away and they do the same for us.
We get the better deal due to us being away more.
The only downside, though our cat is definitely not complaining, is that they always feed extra treats. He was 10% heavier the last time they looked after him.

If someone wants to mind our 10 week old cocker spaniel for about three months that would be handy, she is running me ragged!

Once, a Springer, never again, needed running four times a day, totally exhausted after a fortnight !
