Another fuck up of the rules by the corrupt/inept/ legislators allied to the corrupt application by PiGMOL for the benefit of the teams playing in red, gambling syndicates etc

Take your pick , but it definitely wasn't devised for the benefit of creating a level playing field for all teams.....................................imo

Go back to the old law where if you were level you were offside, then you always stayed half a yard behind the last defender making sure you were onside when the ball was played forward.
