Because he runs the country and if he does not an unelected aide should not be holding court in a press conference

Let the police deal with it. If he’s broken the rules then he must go.

Don’t understand his desperation to cling on. Had he done the decent thing and resigned when the scandal broke, a guy like him walks into a hugely well paid private sector job after a period of grace.

Two things we’ve learned today;

1. Dominic Cummings isn’t as clever as he thinks he is.

2. The British public is not as stupid as Dominic Cummings thinks we are.

I’ve never heard him speak before. Ive only seen his manipulation through the media and I’ve only heard what politicians have said about how they were scared of his death stare if they didn’t agree with him.

I was expecting him to be this dangerously talented man with Oswald Mosley like oration and Alan Turing like intelligence.

In reality he comes across as a bit of a stuttery weasel who isn’t particularly smart at all.

I don’t think he should have done this presser. I think it’s hugely diminished the fake aura he had around him.

Fair - If the worst case happens

London - he has family to drop the child off
Durham - available property and parents nearby - same difference.

But what if you didnt have anyone..someone said in here earlier that the child would go to the local authority..its a morale question for parents to answer.
