Emails have been shown over here, where, after meeting with POTUS, the people responsible for the decision were telling each other they had to follow his orders....so they were going to nix the plans for the two other locations, which were both cheaper and larger.

So by your logic, and this is extremely funny to me, the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES in between the time where he's running the free world and the world's largest economy, also keeps his eye on 40-ish seperate sites around the world who might be selling ANY building at all because they might possibly maybe become a hotel and compete with him?
