Ha ha - as somebody tweeted they missed a trick here - rather than withdraw the "uniform" Fred Perry should have launched a major ad campaign with Ru Paul wearing one over his drag holding a cardboard sign saying " America - Immigrants always welcome"

The orange **** will be selling some form of knock off tomorrow.

Now this IS tax fraud.

There is no evidence of tax fraud. You may not like the law but this is how it works. You can claim a deduction based on the fair value of the donated land compared to its cost. Trump would have to provide proof to the IRS of the legitimacy of the valuation and they presumably audited and cleared him. Immorally exploiting tax loopholes? For sure. But he is hardly alone in that, especially in Washington.

Now Trump University? THAT is fraud. And while on the subject of scams, Hunter Biden got paid over $2 million by Ukraine and China for exactly what?

Maybe when Hunter Biden runs for office people will give a shit.

Why are you latching on to right wing conspiracy theories about Hunter Biden?
It’s odd that you’re happy to give Trump the benefit of the doubt regarding the state park tax write off but you’re fuelling the unproven allegations against Biden Jr, none of which have been proven to be even vaguely true.

Your Hunter Biden comment is silly and irrelevant, but you’re right that we don’t know what he claimed on his returns was the land’s worth in part because we don’t have them. He did list the land as worth $26.1mm when listing his charitable contributions publicly, also not a crime. The $100mm referenced in the tweet seems a gross exaggeration. Also donations aren’t “loopholes”. Unfortunately I actually know a fair bit about this because one of the companies he tried to sell it to is one of the companies I work most closely with — specifically, the CEO of that company. I know for a fact that the land wasn’t worth one quarter of $26.1mm because I know how the economics of what he was trying to sell the dirt for work. I also know that the company’s involvement (claimed by Trump) is a gross exaggeration of their actual interest given that they were winding up operations in NY at the time to shift resources to other parts of the country after a merger. It’s entirely feasible and highly likely Trump has some appraisers in his pocket, but like nearly every other trail of breadcrumbs behind Trump, the trail ends in a blizzard of lies.

I’ve told this board before that I have a long history going back with Trump to the early 90s and I have described him as one of the worst human beings you could imagine, singularly and uniquely unfit for the Presidency, based on the many people I work with who have had direct dealings with him. This is yet again another example of this, and why I get so amped up on this topic.

Calm down tiger. Firstly, the fact that Hunter Biden got paid by Russia and China is nobody's conspiracy. It's a fact. It's fairly clear you've not researched any of this so I'll give you a helping hand,

"Biden served on the board of Burisma until his term expired in April 2019,[36] receiving compensation of up to $50,000 per month in some months"

"CEFC China Energy
Biden helped Chinese businessman Ye Jianming negotiate a deal for Ye's company CEFC China Energy to make a $40 million investment in a liquefied natural gas project at Monkey Island, Louisiana. Ye gifted Biden a 2.8 carat diamond, which Biden said he gave away. Biden agreed to legally represent Ye's deputy, Patrick Ho, for investigations in the United States. Ho was eventually arrested and jailed in the U.S. for bribery. In 2018, the CEFC deal collapsed after Ye was detained in China, reportedly for corruption.[9][16]"

Secondly, I didn't give Trump the benefit of anything. Tax write-offs are legal by the US tax code. It's up to the IRS to audit and dispute the validity of the valuation of a donation. They have not, so there is no evidence of tax fraud.

In your rush to exhale, you conveniently ignored my comment about Trump University.
Looks like you answered your own question as to what he was paid for, so you didn’t need to suggest it was for some unknown reason unless you were trying to insinuate something. You also missed out this quite relevant point from your Wikipedia quoting
“He has been the subject of debunked right-wing conspiracy theories concerning his business dealings in Ukraine.”
Trump’s abused his position as President to get Biden Jr thoroughly investigated and he’s not been arrested so that suggests there’s nothing to answer for.
I didn’t ignore your comment about Trump University. I just didn’t comment on it because there was nothing to say.
So maybe it’s you that should calm down and exhale. Tiger.

I think everyone else has answered the question for you.

Hunter Biden is utterly irrelevant in this story. He has absolutely nothing to do with Donald Trump's taxes.

Back to the tax fraud:

Artificially Inflating an asset to a factor many times above fair market value, then gifting it at the inflated value for tax write-off purposed IS tax fraud. It doesn't get any more blatant. The fact the IRS haven't nailed him for it yet doesn't mean that transaction is beyond suspicion. It's likely to be part of a wider investigation which may or may not have been put on hold by Trump's corrupt AG, stating the (false) assertions that a sitting President can't be indicted.

I’ve already taken the time to explain to lazer how there IS EVIDENCE of tax fraud surrounding Trump and shown him links to the ongoing tax fraud investigation by the Southern District of New York AG and how Trump keeps suing in court (and losing) to try and halt that investigation by trying to say a sitting President can’t be investigated.

He totally ignored that post and as such, he’s clearly wumming on this topic.

I just think he's blinkered and ill informed.

Maybe it the social media feed's he subscribes to?
