Next he'll hammer the Fed to lower rates again because people around the globe (especially in the "shithole" countries) are worried about Coronavirus, but while we here in America are effectively immune, the Fed should drive rates down to stimulate the economy locally to make up for the demand lost from overseas.

Which will have next to nothing to do with the economy (especially as it actually means even further limiting any recourse the US has for mitigating an economic downturn) and will entirely be meant to calm the markets.

Ken Cuccinelli (Fox News contributor) is the head of that task force and yesterday asked his Twitter followers for help getting past a paywall so that he could have a look at a map showing where the virus had been spread to. And some fucking idiots still ask how Trump has weakened America and why Russia would want this to continue.

The 10 year is ALREADY below 1.4% due to “safe haven” money inflows to grab some safe yield from almost everywhere on earth, so the rest of the world is doing for Trump what he demands of the Fed! If we STILL get the three rate cuts the market is expecting in 2020, God knows where we will be!

One thing is most damned sure, if the global economy goes into a serious recession (and Coronavirus is trying to do a pretty good job of helping make that happen), then THE WHOLE WORLD is out of fiscal bullets and blood will be in the streets!
