He will fight the election in the dirtiest way possible, when he loses he will fight the system. But as i understand it Congress is the default if the election fails i.e. if there are not enough clear results from states to decide it then Congress gets to decide it. So there is no clear path to winning that way.

Again -- this guy has spent his entire life in court and/or settling, including what would have amounted to criminal charges. He's not afraid of court or legal blowback. Going to be well nigh impossible to try an ex-President or find an impartial jury. He can tie up cases and delay appearances for years, all the while raking in the cash off his hapless cult with the detritus he and his cronies/family will feed them in books, TV shows, speeches, etc. And if worse comes to worse, he can play the Harvey Weinstein card, tie askew and walker in hand (and he probably does have dementia).

First thing i thought... only 3 years too late.

BUT... It will be funny as fuck seeing Trumps meltdowns and on each one at the very top is a message from Twitter saying... FALSE, with an explanation as to why haha.

I'm sure his followers won't care, but it'll be funny.

Four years ago the Democrats lost because Hilary called Trump's supporters "deplorables." Now they are on track to call them idiots (for not wearing masks.)
When will they ever learn ...?

That was an issue. But it was Clinton who called them that. That was the problem. I haven't heard Biden call them anything. And I doubt whether there will be many blues who stay home because they assume Biden will win by default. And I doubt Trump has added many new converts. A high turnout election has all the math on Biden's side.

Well . . . Inhofe and Feinstein investigations should have been dropped given the facts as we know them, and Burr's is continuing, as his is clearly the most egregious. Loeffler's I'm not so sure about -- probably should have kept digging. Of course the comments from her spokesperson are typical ("fake news media", "politically motivated", blah, blah).

As we close in on November, and it becomes clear that Trump is going to lose the election, I'm willing to bet we will see every medical reason under the sun come to light that Trump is medically unfit to govern and therefor medically unfit to stand trial for any of his crimes.

I don't think they'll provide medical evidence before the election that he's unfit to govern.
