One term is all it needs and Im sure that is the plan. Also it doesnt necessarily follow that the VP will be the nominee next round

All people literally misspeak every day, this is not a big deal at all. What is a big deal is having a moron in charge of the nuclear codes. It's a big deal that this moron only knows how to appeal to a racist base that strokes his ego because that's all that matters to him. It's a big deal that this moron openly defies science and encourages his stupid followers to do the same by not wearing masks and attending indoor rallies during a global pandemic. Equating something that everybody on the planet does (misspeaking) to what Dumb Donald does is ridiculous.

I do not disagree, but what I was alluding to was that Biden needs to ensure he doesn't give too much ammunition to his opponents because if he does then as sure as damn it it will translate into eroded support. If the current incumbent can still garner followers that only equates to a 10pt deficit after all that has happened, I'm not confident of the maturity of the American people not to fall for whatever tricks are going to be played over the coming months.

I think you misread my post. Biden quoted 120 million Americans dead from COVID, and forgot Obama's name, having to say "my old boss" (although I don't know the date of that one) and while it is only a couple of simple slips of the tongue he can't afford to come over as more decrepit than the current shitshow. He needs to win comfortably in order to avoid any legal challenges to the result because this tosser will do anything I reckon.
