I tried Tim's. I'm afraid is wasn't a patch on McDonalds. It was the like a Temu version etc.
A shame really as McDonalds needs a kick up the arse with their price rises.

Each to their own mate but IMO their version of a sausage and egg McMuffin is every bit as good as McDonalds.

I would maybe go to Tim Horton's over McDonalds out of some kind of ethical principle, but I would never go there on quality. The one near me is like Five Guys prices for school canteen standard food. Was almost in disbelief when I first tried it at how much I'd paid for what I got.

I know it's a franchise model though - so results may vary.

Really? For nigh on two years, Trump, Musk, Vance and Republicans have been saying Ukraine are the bad guys not Russia. Now Russia are the adversary and not Ukraine? Which makes Ukraine an ally. So, the US is now all in on supplying Ukraine with the means to defend themselves, providing security guarantees along with the Europeans and pressuring Russia to cease the conflict they started.

Wrong. No ine has ever said Ukraine were the bad guys. That's just nonsense.

Again, so much talk and so little action. If se wanna put real pressure on Russia the answer is simple. A bunch of European countries need to cut off their buying of Russian energy. Thats what will cripple Putin.

If the Europeans are unwilling to do that, then all of this is just talk.

If you would have treated Zelenskyy worse than Trump did, you must have been apoplectic about how he treated Netanyahu, and that he hasn't asked the Israelis and the Palestinians to compromise, and he continues to support Israel's war effort?

The moment Zelensky started turning the photo-op into a public negotiation. I would have gotten up, shook is hand and announced the meeting was over.

It went on for 30 minutes too long on my opinion.

Let's be clear, Trump hasn't asked Putin to compromise on anything. The deal was agreed with Ukraine in Saudi Arabia without Trump, and with actual adults in the room. Putin knows this, that is why he will reach out to Trump directly.

Lol. Believe what you want. Its the same deal that those 'adults' agreed to before Zelensky showed up and started his amateur hostage negotiator act in from of the cameras.

The only difference is no one can afford the risk of an attempted photo-op with Zelensky as he might turn it into an impromptu negotiations again.

Trump and Vance's theatrical performance in the WH has back fired. This deal has caught Trump between a rock and a hard place. Stick to the deal and piss off Putin, or don't stick to it and confirm he's Putin's puppet.

Perhaps Rubio is playing a better political game than I've gave him credit for.

Why are we pretending we are talking about multiple things here? Its the same deal. It should have been signed in Washington, but Zelensky made a spectacle of it and delayed it's signing because he cant read a fucking room.

Glad they've gotten it back on track. And hopefully this war ends soon.

No because I don't take every single word that someone says literally when it is obviously not supposed to be taken literally.

Just as if he said that he'd stop something so fast that it would make someone's head spin then I wouldn't accuse him of wanting to decapitate someone or break their neck.

Oh and what he ACTUALLY said is that he would put a meeting together between Putin and Zelensky and in that meeting, it would be solved within 24 hours rather than that he would stop the war within a single day of taking office. Which is also very obviously a way of saying he would solve something quickly rather than a definite time limit like he'd be sat in a negotiation meeting with a stopwatch. For a bunch who claim that everybody else are liars, the anti-Trump crowd don't have fail to do their research into these quotes.
