It's a video from several months ago, citing a conspiracy theory.

There were whale strandings on the US coast.
There is an offshore wind farm nearby.
A claim is made that they are linked.
Social medias anti-wind farm lobby latch on and it explodes.
Orange wannabe dictators repeat to feed its own cycle.

Tests suggested that about half of the tested dead whales were from proven causes such as nets. Many couldn't be proven one way or another.

I am confident you can find such a thing on YouTube. I've been in Mexico and Alaska on boats near blues and humpbacks and I have to say it is a true marvel when these things come close to where you are especially if in a small boat. Or a swimming brown bear, which also happened to me :).
 
I know some (a lot?) on this side of the pond like to look down at our transatlantic brethren, and view them as being simple folk. Which is utter nonsense. Like in any country, there's smart and stupid people in 'murica. But if they elect this joker again, and don't completely rule it out, I'm giving up on them.
