America is about to get what they voted for.

Buckle up for a bouncy ride as it all falls apart.

It's going to be a shit show. This Gaetz thing, makes me wonder:-

Does Trump know this will cause outrage and a shitstorm with the process of Senate confirmation. And not care or just think it's drama that does him no harm.

Or is he genuinely to stupid, and to removed from the facts that he was talked into this by Gaetz and he just doesn't know what's coming.

Or is this some sort of power flex where he knows Gaetz is a shitshow of an individual and he's going to force his appointment as a sign of rewarding loyalty and promoting his most fervorent boot lickers.

Pick anyone of the above and its not a great sign of things to come.

Of course they’ll confirm. Every GOPer is beholden to Trump now. No one’s going to stand up to him. It’s a test of who in the Senate is loyal to Trump. Can you imagine the shit said senator(s) would get if they don’t vote to confirm? Trump will eviscerate them as disloyal RINOs and the Daxes will go along. The senators who are “gasping” at this selection are fearing the public humiliation they now face for having to knuckle under to Trump once again.

That is kind of how see it - strongarm the Senate immediately when Trump's not burned anyone yet.

“This is why the Senate’s advise and consent process is so important,” Collinstold the news outlet. “I’m sure that there will be many, many questions raised at Mr. Gaetz’s hearing.”

And then, since she might be the biggest coward in the universe, she’ll vote to confirm.
