Dont be disheartened.

Am more confident now about prem and Champs league now than yesterday. Cup final would of meant more fixture disruption, think we have to face it that the FA cup is not a priority for the club.
Also if anybody thinks losing today is a psychological blow to the team, they know nothing about pep and the players

they will be more determined than ever to win the league and CL

It’s easy to say this and it’s all well and good intentions with this sort of sentiment but that mob have the upper hand now in my eyes. There squad is bigger than ours and we look very thin on the ground now.

We have some very difficult weeks coming up and very little wiggle room for injuries or suspensions.
We look jaded today and we don’t have the squad to rotate effectively. Bernardo looks spent and the midfield is very light. Just hope we can navigate through the next weeks.

sounds like the Chelsea loss last season where we played a weakened team and lost. and Pep will not tinker at the CL final and we show them big time with full eleven if we meet Chelsea.
he kind of did tinker and we lost that too. and probably Chelsea did have some mental edge given they beat us 2x couple weeks before the CL final.

Not killing the game off last week in the league and now this Fa cup loss. quite similar to last season when in the league we were better vs Chelsea first half and Aguero pulled that stupid pen miss and that gave the belief to Chelsea. it only delayed our title win.
