Borussia Dortmund v Manchester City - Tuesday 4th December 2012


Day Trip - £230 per person

• Depart approx 7am from MANCHESTER, arriving into COLOGNE approx 10:30am local time.
• On arrival, coach transfers will take you to DORTMUND City Centre where you can spend the afternoon at your leisure.
• You will need to make your own way to the stadium
• After the match, coaches will be waiting outside the stadium to take you back to the airport.
• Direct return flight to MANCHESTER, arriving approx 2am local time

Hi,
First of all, even it is early, a warm welcome to Dortmund!
Despite of the narrow group and the importance of the game you should have a good time within Dortmund and also in the Westfalenstadium (please call it Westfalenstadium and not the new name ;-) ). Not sure why you stay in cologne, it's still an 1hour or so ride from there. Before the game you will find plenty of good pubs in Dortmund and also on the 'Old market' there will be a 'welcome party' for the supporters. You also will find a lot of drinking spots surrounding the stadium and you really should have a drink in the beer garden 'Stadium rote Erde', the stadium which was the former ground of Borussia and just built next to the Westfalenstadium. Hope that you can get in contact with BVB fans, don't be shy or afraid, we are always up for a laugh, drink and talking football gossip. Also within the stadium you can show your colours, also if you are not in the official away section. The only expectation is the south stand. Be prepared to be loud, to stand, to sing ;-).
