Just goes to show the great value of South American players in comparison to those in Europe. We are a bit crowded in the midfield department so I can see the logic of loaning him out. Hopefully we are open for a January move to City just in case we need an extra player because he looks to be decent first team material from the highlights.
Hopefully he does play a part in your NT regardless of him playing for Girona.
Lets hope he is not joking and this kid will be the next star. He looks good.I was joking mate, albeit not rip roaringly successfully
I think he was joking to be fair hahaHe said that he is hoping for this kid to be the next brazilian star.
I am actually very very excited by this prospect, and can't wait to see him in La Liga this fall. He's a great player. Tigerish in the tackle, skilful on the ball and an eye for a pass. Can shoot as well.
Can you explain that or should I just say that's a very lazy comment to make?As long as he's not Jo
Gerson never played well at adult level. To be honest I have never seen a good game of Gerson here in Brazil. He probably was going well at the State League then got the hype. It happens often, especially with the players from Rio de Janeiro's clubs. But that is true, the "dribblers" hardly live the hype in Europe.
Against Real Madrid, Barca, Atletico and maybe Sevilla, all those other spanish teams would pass the first round in the Libertadores, for example. You know La Liga will test him quite a bit more than Serie A, yes?
