Correct. He couldn’t get a work permit with us as he wasn’t a Brazil international then and wasn’t in the required top x % of earners for us, but was at Villahe didn't stay cause of an issue with a work permit wasn't it?
Zubemendi woukd also be the player for me....Big issue however is that seemingly he fiesnt want to continue..already turned down the scousers ( who whether you like it or not are a big pull for players).
