how can this be downloaded.i couldnt make it out

open the link(s) above.....

on the webpage, scroll down and look on right hand side for a green box saying slower download

click the green box and it will open up a little text box and some text above, type the text you see into the text box and then click the green slower download box again

when the page refreshes, you will see a timer countdown on right hand side of webpage...when this timer gets to zero, the timer is replaced with a green slower download button again....

click this and it will now open up the save box as normal

repeat for the second link, but remember as you are using the free slower download, thre are restrictions from the website that means you have to wait about 10mins between downloads
