Do I need to download the player that comes with this? I registered to Cloudy videos thinking that would help, but I can't get through these other windows. Tried the 2nd link (Uploaded.net) but the file is too big for a free download.

Any help is appreciated-stupid dvr is now full and didn't record the game.
