I made the torrent so no others can seed bud.

It's on a 1Gbps server so it's fine to most well routed connections.

Maybe you have bad routing, i seeded to my home pc at 7MB/s bud.

Otherwise just give the public tracker it's hosted on time to update the peers for you or update manually :)
