Yes.
Download or Record.
If you want to dwn it, just install Internet Download Manager you will need to restart your Browser because it integrate a Module which allows to save/download Videos directly. You just have to click on Download this (Button displays everytime youre watching Videos, like on OS or Youtube).
That Software will also will be the default Download Manager, so if you want that you Download stuff like before, you need to turn some settings off. Just open the Programms Menu go into Settings and search for "Downloadable Content" you will see some File Formats like ZIP RAR JPG, delete them all just leave FLV and MP4 there active. So it will only try to download that Files (FLV is mostly common File Format for Internet Videos).
Or Record it with Software like Screen Capture, you will maybe get a Quality loss if you dont have Enconders installed.
