every pair I had popped within a couple of weeks. Anyone who likes docs should visit the shop in Camden London. Much more styles and colours nowadays.

First pair at about 15 in the mid 80s, black eight hole. Worn Docs ever since.

Two black 8 holes
One grey 8 holes but turned black when I put dubbin on them
One green 8 hole
One purple canvas 8 hole
One cherry red 8 hole
Two pairs of cherry red shoes
One pair of black shoes
And a black pair of Chelsea boots

We called them 'ups'. I had 8 ups and 10 ups. I think a few lads had 16 ups.
The last pair I had were black 8 up toe tectors, for work not bovver. Dead comfortable but fucking useless for my line of work.
