Dr Michael Mosley missing on Greek Island | Body found (p 9)

Our family often listen to him on the radio. He has a good programme just one thing which gives recommendations to improve your health.

More understandable not to take your phone for a walk in a area you know well, less so when he's hiking in a steep barren island where you might more easily get lost, or into difficulty.
Ironically in one of his radio programmes he suggests having a "no phone" time can be beneficial. At the start of this programme he says he usually uses his phone for everything!

Have stayed on the island twice. It is tiny, but barren. Access to most all beaches is by boat taxis. Not much shelter inland and the heat could soon get to anyone walking near the cliff edge. Fingers crossed for him.
Yep, been to that beach. Got the bus to Pedi, water taxi to the beach, but walked back to Pedi bay. Like you say it's barren, rocky and can get very hot. Odd that he apparently made it back to Pedi and is still missing?

Just read about this. I've also been there.
I'm wondering if he's been kidnapped, he and his missus are very wealthy. Surely if he'd fell, they'd have found his body by now.
Likeable guy, I hope he's found well.

His shows give a lot of health advice, how to live longer, lose weight etc.

Pity he never considered a show about not walking along dodgy cliff top paths on your own in 30C plus.

Just shows, you don't know what's round the next bend.

Very sad, I've got a book of his that I use for healthy recipes to balance my diet. I've only read other parts of the book as it's technical at times but well worth the fiver I paid for it.

Seen his TV programmes as well, enjoyed them.

Fear the worst but hope for the best.

Latest seems to be they think he might be inland in the more remote mountainous areas, pity they couldn't access the cctv footage earlier when time could have been of the essence. Valuable days spent searching the wrong areas it seems!
