Drivers who have mud flaps

I remember a mates mum buying a new ford fiesta, and the passenger wing mirror was a chargeable extra ffs

The front & back shoes on a Mini were interchangable. The back shoes on a MK2 Escort were the same as those on a Volvo 340. The points on a Fiesta (part no. edp38) were the mirror image of those on an later Escort (edp36, obviously). Curiously, the points on earlier Escorts (edp2) were the mirror image of those on a Cortina (edp1). Bermuda Blue on a 1970's Ford still remains the closest colour to the City kit.
The paint code on a Ford was under the bonnet, on top of the front panel. On a Fiat, it was on the inside of the boot door. On a VW, you'll still find it (if you're lucky!) on a scrap of paper that's been stuck onto the spare wheel well.

Silver foil over the radiator grille.

Those seat covers made of little wooden balls.

Stick on bullet holes that were a free gift from petrol stations.

Those ludicrous aerofoil things on the boot.

I had a arial that was green and about 6ft long which you could bend over and clip it onto to roof ridge just above the doors or leave it flapping about, oh and a twin exhaust which use to go over your exhaust pipe to make it look better oh those were the days

Surely a Panda car was the closest match? (Ignoring 'Police' written on the doors, of course)

CB radio - my dad had one in his FSO Polonez in the early 80's. He thought he was a cross between Smokey and the Bandit/Starskey & Hutch. His call name was Dan Dare lol.
