Driving From Manchester to Thailand..

Take loads of photos and a video blog of the trip.
It will have great memories.

Length of time and safety depends on the route you're taking.

Road travel in some countries is mental.

It took 11 hrs for me to fly yesterday.

But seriously, you have a little problem trying to drive it called the Himalayas. If you want to go round them to the west you would need to drive across the Hindu Kush, through Afganistan and down the khyber pass. To the east you're crossing the Tibetan plato before heading south. That's a fucking huge ask.

It is possible but to ask how long it would take shows you're really not up to it mate. As for is it safe again thats not the sort of question anyone can answer.

If you are really serious about it then you need to do a lot of research and contact someone who has already done it or a similar journey and ask their advice.

Just had a think and you could go south through Turkey and Iran through the Kurdistan region. You still have the problem of Burma.

haha and you work for the AA (only joking mate at least you will know which breakdown cover will be the best).
have you spotted mcfcnorthstand yet?
