Off to China in the summer, cashing in on a big contract alongside Anelka.

In hindsight i'm so glad he turned us down a few seasons ago, even though he's powerful and a good striker i don't think i could've handled his ego and diving.

Has it been confirmed now then danamy? He was being offered something like £300,000 a week wasn't he?

That means Chelsea will need a new striker then??

Indeed

Torres, Sturridge and Lukaku.

They only play one up front so if they're happy to put their faith in youngsters (Sturridge and Lukaku) to be the back-ups then they may decide to try and get the best out of Torres again.

Sturridge and Torres are not good enough to lead a title challenge as we've seen this season. They'll buy big.

Adebayor would be perfect for them.
Replace Drogba with Drogba lite? I'd prefer our next main striker to not be a drama queen.

It was kind of wishful thinking mate........

I reckon Higuain will be high on your list.

I can't imagine Madrid letting him go. He's what 23 and one of the best in the world already. As someone pointed out we only use 1 striker and have Sturridge wanting that position and Lukaku in the pipeline with Torres seemingly regaining his form when everyone had written him off. I don't think we'll be looking for another high profile signing in that position.

Wasn't Lukaku rumoured to be loaned out next season?
Let's hope Chelsea finally give him some starting time.

I'm hearing Russia is favourite now, i think Red Rom has been on the phone to be honest.

Whatever the outcome there's a huge contract awaiting his arrival, that's for sure................

be sad to see him leave the Prem we have been truly blessed to see him play

When he is "on it/up for it" simply unstoppable and unplayable, could make a WC defender look like a schoolboy
