Not sure that works - whatever his lack of merit, Utd are a bigger club than Chelsea, so more followers to polish his ego.

It works as he is on Mendez pay roll, as such he often gets good info. As such people listen to him for inside knowledge and he sells his stories to the papers.Not sure that works - whatever his lack of merit, Utd are a bigger club than Chelsea, so more followers to polish his ego.
He gets nothing from united. He has no loyalties to them in the slightest.
So to conclude, it works just fine for him as he’s found himself a niche. Look how many twitter followers he has. (109k) for a hack not at a major paper it’s very good.
