I am not a great fan of these, having being doing the for ages at different work places.
They have just brought them in were I work now, so on a raining day I started doing a few

What are the common hazards on motorways ?



Now I put traffic jams I was wrong I should have put extreme weather ! Now coming up to Manchester at least once a month I always hit traffic jams. On the M25, M6, M56. I cant remember the last time I drove in extreme weather.

In all my driving tests from tractor training to HGV Class one I have never been told that extreme weather is a common hazard on motorways.

Funny how I can turn of the motorway and the extreme weather stops immediately !

I find these E-Learning abit of a waste of time to be honest. You can cheat when doing them really easy my pausing and than Google the answer lol.

When we do them at work there is always a little test at the end that you can take as many times as you like until you pass.
However, it gives you the answers after the 1st attempt so I just take a photo on my phone of the correct answers then get 100% the 2nd time.
Complete waste of time.

One place I worked if there were 10 E-Learning course to take we would all take one each and write down the answers so when we did the other nine we just swapped the 'answer lists' around between each other ;)

E learning is great for clicking the next button at the earliest opportunity. Complete waste of time on the whole and a box ticking exercise for most organisations.

only time I've been rear ended (ooer) on a motorway was in a traffic jam, I was stopped, knobhead came tearing on at the sliproad just behind me....

Not if the **** in front you are tail gating slams his brakes on as he approaches it.
