E Tickets...........

I ordered a few tickets last week but one of them was an e ticket in the form of an email.

Gone to print and there is nothing there,just wondered if theres a fault others have experienced?

If not im obviously a twat so will phone customer services.

UPDATE 3.45PM FRIDAY - Been onto Supporter Services who say its a technical fault and that it should be sorted soon and to try again after 5pm today.Just in case anyone else has the same problem.

It should have a barcode on it mate which they scan as you gain entry.

Had the same for Adele the other weekend.

I cant get to that point,when I click on the go to print e ticket the screen is just blank.Tried on a couple of PCs,hoped it was not me!

When you press print preview does it show an image?

Probably best to get on the phone mate and get them to re send or sort you another way.

Save the file as a PDF, that'll probably be what the issue is

I have the same problem and I am living in Glasgow. They told me to get the tickets from the ticket office at the stadium. Should I worry if I receive them on matchday and is there no way to make the links work?

Just seen on the ticket it says "You must bring photo ID with this ticket "

I've bought 2 tickets for a friend. Different stand. Will I have to go to the turnstile with them as obviously the tickets are in my name?

I have been in the tutnstile line and on a cup night and get a lot of these takes forever to scan some but never seen anyone have to show ID just go through as normal

Where can I print off a ticket for Steaua Bucuresti Wednesday night.
I've a printer upstairs but I've never used the fucker! Would I be able to do it at a post office cheers?
