East Stand punched in face

Since this happened i have not been back to the ground as i had my access card taken from me. I have been waiting for a letter but nothing so far do you get a letter when you have been banned. Because i want back in

This subject was brought up at the Points of Blue meeting recently as there have been a number of complaints about stewarding and people being thrown out seemingly for no good reason. Stewards have to file a report on every incident and these are reviewed by Peter Fletcher.

The club should normally contact you if you are banned but if you have a complaint then you should contact Peter Fletcher My suggestion would be a registered letter. Set out the full circumstances and tell them your card was confiscated and you have not heard anything from the club. He then has to respond within 5 working days.

I emailed Peter Fletcher ages ago i think the day after and got no where. It took me ages the letter to might do another then send it recorded delivery need an address though. Im fed up now of them streams. Im never going to the east stand its a joke in there feel bad if you make a bit of noise you could hear a pin drop.

I was in the east stand today just after kick off. Right at the start i was standing clapping then a big sit down dick head from the guy behind me. I turned round and in a strong irish voice again sit down before i knock you down was what was said to me. I told the guy if he wanted to knock me out then step outside, as mad as i was the guy was with a little boy. So just took my seat about 15 mins gone in the 2nd half i stood up to clap and again was told fuckin sit down. This Time i was so mad i told the guy to piss off as i sat down the guy punched me in the side of the face so i banged him back then had abit of a scuffle as the guy was on his knees i was dragged off by a load of blues and called a rag. I was in a big white jacket and sat in 303 row y seat 56. I was dragged out JUST ME by the orange jackets and had my accesscard taken from me. I know i should not end up fighting but what do u do when u have been punched for no reason. What can i do to get my accesscard back.

well within your rights, i moved from east stand to south stand because of moany arses like him.

i used to sit near a old chap in the kippax at maine rd, who would blow a whistle in your ear if you stood up.

i had to threaten to pummle his son of 30ish to get him to stop.

arsehole almost perferated my ear drum.

Two things you can do:
Inform the club and explain things and get them to investigate the incident, find out from the club who was in the seats next to you and ask the club to write to them as witnesess.
Ask the police if they have any video evidence from the match.

From this, if nothing happens. Wright a letter of complaint to Man City FC. Then seek legal advice, you get an hour free.

Only wright your complaint letter if you do not get a satisfactory response, this is the process.

this is because the majority of the stewards are fuckin rags!,
at the ac omonia game a steward smiled at my young kids looked at my missus and said "theyll be united fans when they are older" obviously i wasnt there cos if i was i would have gotten a life time ban for stamping that rag fucker all over the stadium,
so if any one was wondering why some fans get thrown out and banned so easily maybe its because rags are making it so, and probably laughing their bollox off about it to their rag mates after the game.

Ive got my Accesscard back at last. All i need now is a Hamburg ticket dont mean to be picky but i only want one in the south stand. Only need 1 seat and im only going to pay face value. I dont think i will get one but worth a try. Cheers for all the help in regards my accesscard

good news mate, no tickets at all for hamburg unless you get from a tout on the night
