i cant see abramovich sat furiously refreshing his twitter feed at 4pm to find out if he's just bought a player for £30million. The whole idea of the signing being announced on twitter is so far fetched it's laughable in my humble opinion.

We are the Champions and we will be again with or without him. Maybe this whole prick teasing shite has made our management think again about how he would be able to cope mentally with the demands of a long season in the toughest league in the world. Lets face it, if Hazard has decided on Chelsea, then he must have been assured of their new manager.

On the flipside, nothing legit has been said yet saying it will be Chelsea. Just the usual Twatter site with their fake ITK's spouting bollocks, Hazard saying he will announce his decision today and then everyone putting 2+2 together to make 5.

Not sure whether it's been mentioned but City & United do have offices in London as well. I don't think it's as clear cut as being made out just yet.
