Back pain for both should mean they don't travel next time. Why are the Brazil authorities enforcing rules after the farce that occurred...

The PL clubs won't sit back and take this... especially as exactly the same scenario will occur again in a month or so

Wouldn't be surprised at all if there is some sort of compromise and they all end up playing. However I expect if the rule is invoked the clubs will be plotting to get some kind of revenge on the Brazilian FA in some form or another. They may end up regretting it

Well FIFA didn’t enforce the UEFA stadium ban of Hungary, so seems they want to pick and choose where they have authority.
They should be ignored. There is actually no point to them as far as i can see

Apart from being the governing body of world football that all national FAs are members of and agree to abide by their rules and regs, by implication that includes all clubs affiliated to the English FA.

Fight the bans, yes. Ignoring them would be stupid.
