He played outside cuz there was no service (width at all). which is a shame.
Which isn't "the midgets" fault

never said it was...
My point is with EaglesFan who said Mancini made a mistake with an "all midget" line up, but Dzeko's height was not a factor.

And there was plenty of crosses, just shit one's.

Re: Edin Dzeko legend

Played as well as any of the attackers today. Didn't get any service but that was probably due to QPR defending like their lives depended on it. Also created two fantastic opportunities that didn't get put away. Oh well...

you assume i support dzeko no matter what? ive slated dzeko before for bad performances but i do point out the hypocracy of some posters when they only pin the blame on dzeko hence i start defending him. A ok so slating is only exclusive for dzeko/balo?
That's never happened,, and that kind of attitude and viewpoint is what winds people up.

You can't call 2 other players "golden midgets" and then kick up a fuss when Dzeko gets called a "donkey" or whatever.

THAT'S hypocritical

Na i agree hes a fukin donky when it comes to touches and wobbles around like a drunk most of the time with his feet on the ball. But facts are facts. hes cities top scorer they are undefeated with him starting (something tevez/kun peeps have been using as an excuse when they went on a undefeated run.) and hes the only one at the moment that is actually playing with any form in front of goal.
' Playing with form in front of goal ' please he needs over 10 chances to convert 1 ! Unfortunately he's not on his own. It is the ineptness of our Strikers ability to convert chances that's costing us, but Dzeko is by far the most frustrating in this department.

Give over. Aguero is no better and Tevez is slapping the cow's arse with a Banjo at every opportunity. At the moment, without Dzeko up front we are so one dimensional. I thought we had sorted it after Sunderland - but no, back to square one last night.

10 chances? he hardly gets the ball in the right position 2-3 times in a game so that's kinda false.. and the fact he had to play as a winger (which led 2 great chances to score is more indicative of our lack of width then anything). if he can actually get the ball into the box he will score.

Re: Edin Dzeko legend

Dzeko has proved time and time again that he`s the best striker at the club, but the Tevez Aguero partnership has done well inthe past just not this time.I felt at Kick off Mancini had made an error with Qprs 5 5 line which they had adopted in previous games we would struggle to get the goal.Small pitch, terrible conditions plus ateam fighting for their lives. With 4 or 5 players having an off day didnt help Mancini.I would of liked to see Mancini Haul off Nasri and Aguero after 30 mins and replace with Kolarov and Dzeko ,but by the time he changed things QPR had afoot hold in the game.
