Its not - its week commencing 7th but almost certainly the 9th so 6 days after with Rotherham in the middle.

We play Liverpool on the Thursday followed by Rotherham on the Sunday, therefore the first leg should really be on the Wednesday.
However don’t Spurs play Sunday as well?

No they play Friday from memory. They do play after us on the sunday before the 2nd leg.
