Electrical help needed!!(what type of risistor)

It a 4 band resistor not a 5. Ignore the black band on the right ( i don't think you have black as a tolerance colour? I could be wrong it's been years since college )
It is 10 ohms though but with 5% tolerance.

You know what you are right it is a 4 band but still 10 ohms and yes I agree 5%. Looked in one of my ancient text books today and the last black band is actually temperature coefficient in parts per million per kelvin. So how stable it’s resistance is against a change in temperature. Still makes you wonder why it has burnt out. Something somewhere else in the circuit has gone short and tried to draw too much current.
