Isn't it simply a case of waiting for a player to be sold to ensure there is NO FUCKING WAY we do not hit our net spend target?

Net budget is £49m

£31.8m + £12m + £4.4m + £1.5m = £49.7m

Take away the reported £2m we received for Barry, then we'd be under the budget Shirely?

Unless the maths is wrong, there's no need to "make sure". Which is why I don't buy this logic of having to sell someone else before this deal's announced.

Hopefully we don't sign him as he looks shit and we are being done over for £30 million big time. Seems to have touted himself everywhere over the last few months to avoid signing for us.

Well that's why he's signing for us and not you. *sniff*

In the Porto games I have seen he has looked very poor in a weak league, also all over the place in the Europa league as well so what have you seen to qualify him being a world beater worth £30 million? Look I hope I'm wrong buts its stupid to only think he must be good because we are signing him but I know that's how most fans think on transfers.

If we offered £50 million for Johnny Evans you would be on here saying what a good player he now is....

Until today it didnt matter when he comes officialy but from today he should be in trainings, and he is missing valuable time and also dont think he went back to Porto while probably other Porto players form the WC did...

So he should in trainings somewhere surely, at Porto maybe they didnt get so much time off after WC, it would be more than ideal to get him finally.

And if he really would want to come he would be here already since weeks.:))
