He dominated Costa on his debut. Even my dad, who is extremely sceptical about any new signing, was excited by his potential. Unfortunately for us, that was probably his best ever performance. Seems a nice chap though, hope he does well.

So he'll get a Carabao Cup and Premier League medal for his games earlier in the season.

Delighted to see him on the podium today to receive his medal & share the celebrations. Had his critics on here but seems well liked by Pep & his team mates.

Good luck for the future “Mangler “!!

Yes, he looked like our perfect signing that day.

All the best to him anyhow.

Wonder if we will be able to charge anyone at least 10m for him. Best thing would be a mid table PL side or even lower as they have money to burn. PL clubs can only sign players unti like 10th of August otherwise he would be still here on 31st of August waiting for some late offers.

Determined to get every last penny out of us while being a “nice guy”

He’s like Milner but with no contribution.

Will be yet another season long loan so he can get a signing on fee for himself.

Worst buy £ for £ in our history edging out RSC

He had/still has a serious injury he got at everton,i doubt anyone will buy him,it was nice of the club to include him when we lifted the title and give him a medal for that and the cup which he contributed to
Judas we could have sold but he made sure we couldn't

Palace offered £25 million for him last season on same wages and he refused to move. Would only consider Inter who wouldn’t give us a penny.

Sometimes I think we could put him in net and play Bravo centre half and there would be little difference!
