£38.6million?? No chance.
 
Would cost an absolute fortune, Porto are rolling in cash and have no need to sell. Dealing with Pinto is ike pulling teeth, he bleeds everyone for massive money. Mangala is an excellent prospect though, has everything physically, but he's still a bit rash. If he gets the right move then he should be a world beater in a few years
