Hope you get sorted. I entered the COOP pre-sale queue late at 10:10am and thought I had no chance but it ended up a painless experience for me. At first I picked two seats which weren’t available and an error message popped up, and I didn’t realise I had to then deselect those seats before choosing new ones so kept getting the same error. Once I cleared those I got through.
