The telling bit for me was him saying they lost sight of the bond between the fans and the club. He's been here, what, 8.5 years and doesn't understand our 'DNA' and the passion for, and bond we have with, City.

Too fucking busy with his vision of CFG and the rest of the world to bother about his core customers here in Manchester & the rest of the UK who turn up to support the team. To him, we're measured in revenue per fan and churn rates. We can be shunted from seats we've sat in for many years to accommodate hospitality areas and advertising boards, and be expected to pay more, year on year, for the privilege.

Perhaps he could start anew by trying to actually understand us then?
