Yep seems likely, despite only being 1/3 through the observation window that will be used to set the April cap - February to July was the observation period of wholesale prices used to set the level of the cap for this October. So far since July, the wholesale market has only gone in one direction...Another raise of the cap in April to reflect what’s happening now.
