Have you thought what you said through? All of them played near 80 mins + and there EMPLOYER might have arrangend with the FA to play the important game and not the friendly, which means they have no control over it!!
The FA didnt even want this friendly we arranged the date to try rub FIFA the right way in our quest for the WC 2018

AJ isn't in the squad so two weeks of rest for him.

Even if Barry, Lescott, and Milner play 90 against Ghana, they should be quite well rested as the first two played 0 minutes against Wales and Milner just had a late run out. Milner needs game time, he looked poor after coming on against Wales, so 90 minutes against Ghana might actually be a good thing.
