The fear is he'll be ruined by gobshites in the media who concentrate their vitriol for a 21 year old lad and leave the rest alone as has been proven over the last two games.
Agree to an extent that he gets singled out a bit. But for me, based on his form for the past half season he shouldn't be in that England starting 11. He needs a bit of protection from his gaffers as well, if he's struggling for form and confidence being in the limelight to be scrutinised more is only going to go one way.

He played his best games for England coming on as a sub. I'd do that next game. I'd also drop lane for vardy.

We must have been watching different Sterlings and Allis this year then.
It doesn't matter what they've done this year, it's what they're doing at this tournament that counts. If you think that Alli has been as bad as Sterling, i'd disagree.
