Your argument doesn't make sense to me. You implied Kane had an excuse because he wasn't provided with chances, Sterling was shit because he didn't provide Kane with those chances, a number of other players should have been providing him with chances, none of them did but it is only Sterling who shoulders the blame? I promise you I do not have blue tinted specs on here because I am not saying Sterling has played particularly well, that isn't remotely my point. I just hate the fact that in both matches several players have been poor but Sterling shoulders all responsibility for all failings. Not buying into the mass hate of a City player does not mean I'm wearing blue tinted spectacles. I am telling you now, Kane misses that Sterling chance today Shearer would have said that he'd done well to get into that position or if he keeps on doing that the goals will eventually come or he's just finding his range or some other shit.
