The method of possession football is very similar to City Women. Anyone receiving a pass in the back four will pass it back to the person who has just passed it to them, or knock it back another twenty yards to the goalie, even when there's a fifteen or twenty yard space in front of them! Scottie doesn't have the same midfield presence she had a couple of seasons ago and England don't have much in what I would call the dynamic midfielder game by scruff of neck merchant. Perhaps, MANUre have someone straight from their feminine conveyor belt?

She seems to have more of a look of a rugby union front row forward than an agile, athletic goalie. Compare our two goalies and . . . . . . . . . . oh, hang on a mo, who does she play for?

Agree, she was too wooden to attempt a save for that winner. As I said earlier, how come Bardsley or Roebuck aren’t in. They are both agile, athletic and good distributors.
