Not heard this chant on the terraces for decades.

Used to be a firm favourite with City fans.

Might as well jump the gun on Sunday on the 4 year wait for a decision and possible demotion, and get the chant started again from Sunday onwards.:-)

Sure I had a copy once but can’t find it. He used to hand around at Discount Records in the underground market as I did also.

I did too. My mate bought that 7" single from there and we'd listen to it regularly. Discount Records was one of my first ports of call when wagging school around 78 to 80. Happy days: )

The same tune has been used for other chants, although annoyingly I can't think which. Actually this is the first time I've ever heard the original track.
