Ake started training a week ago after a long term injury. Why would Pep put him in a squad so soon, when every other defender was available. Kevin and Sergio were eased back into the match day squad and then eased back in to games. This "Catalan thing" raises it's disgusting head every now and again, it is garbage and utterly disrespectful to Pep and the club, imo. "he keeps picking Garcia", when, how many games has he played since December. Did you see how the other players reacted positively to him, part of the squad, fit, available, absolutely no need to have Ake in the match day squad.

Ake, selected after a weeks training following a long term injury ?, not a chance. It is not hard to fathom what Pep sees in Garcia. The internet and club web site are full of quotes from Pep about him,if you want to read them instead of pushing this derogatory "obsession" crap.
