It means he is an enigma. ITK is a term belittling his knowledge of the situation.
It's out there , you just cannot see it yet.

Some of the stuff written in the transfer thread makes the Mail and Mirror look like serious Newspapers.

Thing is, if we miss out on Haaland I’m sure we will be ok and probably get another CF. And quickly forget we were in for Haaland. Or continue without a CF as we have been doing the last 16 months or so. Quite succesfull months may I add
 
As long as he doesn’t go to Chelsea or rag scum I’m not that arsed. I’d like us to sign him, but if we get another decent striker instead as long as neither of those detestable shits strengthen with him then we’ll be fine.
 
if we get him i'm ok with that if we don't i'm happy with that in pep i trust
