Erling Haaland

Good luck pal, if you have been in the business any length of time, you can always smell the bullshit from those who just don't want to simply admit they aren't across it.
All too true. Unfortunately, the bullshit draws the most clicks, so the lack of basic journalistic skills and integrity has become, paradoixically, a much sought after trait in certain sectors of the industry.

Anyway, I could rant about this all day! Thanks for the good wishes.

Don't expect more than four.

Maybe three, depending on Messi decision.

We defo want a new left back.
Hi Tolm,

Do you think Alaba is still realistic or has the boat sailed

He would solve everything down the left with option of sitting inside

I see Auore has come on the scene again that would be nice

Anyways Haaland for Aguero, Alaba, Aoure & Messi not much to ask is it?

His signing has to be taken in isolation, it has always been a separate financial and squad consideration.

Some would argue Messi and Haaland would be overkill.

I don't!
Messi scores us that 2nd frustrating goal we all get frustrated waiting for, he picks those pockets & delivers the killing blow & we don't miss a pen

I don't doubt his Bayern bits, but he's simply chancing it because Dortmund also happen to be a German club, so wants be seen across it.

Read his tweets again - a lot of are rhetorical questions, laden with plenty of "I don't think", "Maybe", "Ifs" and "it is difficult".

Must try harder.

Yep. As I said, outside of what Bayern feed him (he's one of their pets), he's a kfa chancer.

The standard of football journalism and the media in general over here in Germany is awful nowadays. Main reason I'm out of it at the end of the month.:-)

Its pretty well known among German social media that Falk's only decent source at Bayern was Phillip Lahm and since his retirement he has absolutely nothing going for him. He doesn't even get the kind of obviously planted stories that someone like Pearce gets from Liverpool.

The stuff he gets right is usually simultaneously released by half a dozen journos in Germany from a club briefing.

Know fuck all of him but it’s the info I want to read so I will now take this as 100% gospel.

I don't!
Seems to me a Haaland signing would be to secure his future with City whereas Messi would be more a global CFG signing almost a joint venture to maximize his worldwide supporter appeal.

Perhaps I see too much into it and I haven't a clue how such an arrangement would work but CFG could certainly help in his retirement years.

How does a left back fit in when Mendy Laporte and Ake are getting so few games seems like getting rid of Mendy will be hard and Laporte need to play the odd game at left back to keep them happy due to lack of games at CB now Stones and Dias are doing so well Plus Walker is never injured so Cancelo has to have games at left and right now is amazing

He also used to get a few bits from family members of youth team players (not sure if that's still the case), but nothing terribly exciting. Just enough to give him the tiniest appearance of credibility. He's been dining out off that kind of stuff for a while.

Planning for future.

Mendy will be gone, even if it’s on loan.

Can‘t expect Dias and Stones to always be fit, so if Laporte wants to stay then he will get plenty of games, same for Ake too.

Kyle isn‘t getting any younger, pretty sure he’s happy rotating with Cancelo.

It’s all good, but one absolute fact is we need a top drawer specialist left back, we’ve needed one for about 10 fucking years, lol.
